Author Diane Magras to visit

SMMS and SMES are preparing to host Maine author Diane Magras on March 15th. Ms. Magras will speak to students about her career as an author and her two books, the award winning The Mad Wolf’s Daughter and its new sequel Hunt for the Mad Wolf’s Daughter. We are grateful to be able to provide this opportunity to our students at no cost to the school, thanks to the generosity of Ms. Magras and Devaney Doak and Garrett Booksellers in downtown Farmington.

As part of her visit, Ms. Magras will be signing copies of her books for students to purchase. If you are interested in purchasing a book for your family, please fill out the form your child brings home this week. We have attached an extra copy at the bottom of the screen. Return this form with payment to the library by March 6.

Pre-ordering is the best way to ensure your book is available in time for the visit. Books will also be available on the day of the event in limited quantities.
