Thanks to our fall Scholastic Book Fair, the library was able to buy lots of great new books! Here are two of our new favorites:

Smithsonian MakerLab: 28 Super Cool Projects
The genius science team at Smithsonian has created these great hands-on projects anyone can do to bring science to life. The projects involve simple household materials to demonstrate principles of physics, chemistry, and more. These projects make scientific principles easy to see and demonstrate.
Examples of the projects include: lemon battery, DNA model, jungle in a bottle, invisible ink, balloon rocket car, and many more.
