WEEK 1 & 2
WALT: - Convert text passages into past tense
- Use vocabulary to enhance meaning and mood
As a writer it is really important you are aware of what tense you are writing in. It is also important that you remain within that tense so your writing flows well.
Most narratives are written in PAST TENSE. This means you are writing about something that HAS ALREADY HAPPENED. You need to make sure your writing, in particular your verbs (action words) are in PAST TENSE.
TASK
1 - COPY, FILE and TURN IN this Doc. The passages of text have been written in present tense. Your job is to re-write them in past tense.

PAST TENSE throughout the entire story. Remember to use T.O.P.S and to make sure you paragraphs are effective (look to your right). FILE it & TURN IT IN.
