Team 5 Focus: What was the purpose of a waka?
Topic Task: Your task is to create a digital learning object (animation with voiceover) that shares your understanding and provides information about the purpose of a waka. Explain the purpose/use of each part of the waka and the significance of early voyages made on waka from the Pacific to NZ. Compare the mission of early waka to that of waka today - relating PES waka names.
