The approved initerary is as follows:
4:30pm Check In begins; (Seat assignment, luggage, instrument and uniform check and picture.)
6:00pm Load instruments, uniforms and luggage on bus
*Seats will be assigned on a first come, first serve basis. If you want to sit by your friend, both you and your friend must check in together.
6:45pm Begin boarding bus for departure.
7:00pm Depart Henry Wise for Orlando, Florida.
Pm Will stop for food and rest room break.

12:00pm Arrive-Orlando-Meet & Greet with Tour Rep
Drop off bags at Hotel and Freshen Up (full check in if rooms are ready)
1:30pm Admission to Wet and Wild Water Park
6:00pm Dinner at Hard Rock Café in Universal City Walk.
9:00pm Return to Hotel for hotel check-in and room assignments.

Student Trip Cost
$699.00 per student (based on a minimum of 50 paying students per bus)
Based on quad occupancy (single or double room not available to students)
This trip is only available to students who are active marching band members in good standing.
Official Chaperon Cost
$485.00 per chaperon
Based on double occupancy (Single rooms not available)
To qualify as a chaperon you must fulfill the following requirements:
1. Work five (5) Washington Redskins games (including the evening games)
2. Serve as a chaperone on all local band trips
3. Coordinate Bowl-a-thon fundraiser.
4. Serve Band Parent Club.

*Payments received after the 1st of each month are subject to a 10.00 late payment fee. In addition, two consecutive missed payments will result in slot being given to someone on the waiting list. See form X and the trip application for more details.
