Dear Band:
If we have a two hour delay we are going to proceed with the Winter Concert. I will need assistance setting up the stage. If we have a two hour delay, I will need a group of students to report to Wise at 8:30am to help set up the stage. If we have a regular start time, I will need as many people as possible to help set up the stage as soon as you get off the bus. Thank you for your time and be properly dressed and ready to perform your music.
Remember to wear our official concert attire to school.
