Learning objectives:
Listening to group mates’ opinions and expressing mutually agreed decisions cooperatively.
Process:
After listening to your group mates’ proposals, just one proposal must be agreed upon by the whole group: the one that best matches the characteristics of a proper breakfast.
You have a breakfast proposal, so now you must get together as a group and analyse the various different proposals within the group. Only one proposal is allowed to represent the group.
There are different ways of carrying out this process, in particular the following two:
a) Choose the “best”, i.e. the one that best complies with the specified conditions.
b) Make a new and better one by taking contributions from everyone, i.e. create a new one that meets the specified conditions as closely as possible.
The decision of which option to take is up to the group.
Create a table similar to the one in the “My proposal” document, and write the group proposal. Save this new document with the title “Our proposal”.
This first part of the work is now considered finished: now the publishing phase of this information begins, as well as receiving opinions from others. To do this, create Sites between all those in the “Our proposal” group, and publish the proposals created in it.
Before starting to make the Sites, it is recommendable to collect all the information you have (documents, spreadsheets, photos, images, direct links to websites, etc.), to make finishing the work more comfortable and quick.
Production
Create the “Our proposal” document.
You have finished this activity!
