Activity 0: Introducing the work and revising previous knowledge

In this first activity we want to introduce a section in which we explain the activity and how we will carry out the work in groups. The posters we will put up on the walls will display the steps taken within the work.

At this stage, if necessary we will revise previous knowledge.

Open the document entitled “SELF-ASSESSMENT, ACTIVITY LEVELS AND HEALTH”. Complete it and put it in the folder called “SELF-ASSESSMENT, OUR ACTIVITY LEVELS AND OUR HEALTH”
