Today, in class we finished the quiz on 3.1-3.3
When we finished the quiz we worked on IXL, sections U.1, U.2 & U.3
Homework: Work on IXL Sections U.1, U.2, & U.3 (Smart Score of 90 or higher)
Tuesday:
Today in class we spent time reviewing/discussing Lesson 3.4
- We talked about how to represent inequalities on the number line
- We talked about graphing inequalities
- We also talked about solving problems with variables (using addition and subtraction) as inequalities
- Lastly, we began talking about how to solve inequalities with Multiplication and Division (p. 145 in the book)
- Homework: Preview Lesson 3.5
Wednesday:
Today, in class, we talked about how to Solve Inequalities Using Multiplication & Division
- We went over our WSQ Notes
- Talked about the information on p. 146-147 in the book
- Practiced solving a few problems together as a class.
- Homework: p. 148-149 #12-34 even
- There will be a Check In (formative) on 3.4-3.5 Tomorrow
Thursday:
Today in class we wrapped up Lesson 3.5
- We went over the homework from yesterday
- We took Check In 3.4-3.5
- We went over the 3.1-3.3 Quiz
- Homework:
- Get Quiz Signed for tomorrow
- Read pages 151-152 (for 11/30)
- WSQ Notes on the following: (for 11/30)
Friday:
Today we went over the check in (3.4-3.5) and watched a video about mathematics.
