Today in class we worked on lesson 5.6 :Using the Multiplicative Inverse
- We got back and went over the 5.1-5.3 Quiz (get it signed by Wednesday)
- We went over our WSQ Notes from 5.6
- We went over examples of using the Multiplicative Inverse
- We had time to get started on our homework

Tuesday:
Today in class we wrapped up Lesson 5.6 and Began Lesson 5.7. We learned more ways to solve equations and inequalities with rational number (basically, by getting rid of the fraction or decimal with multiplication)
- We went over the 5.6 Homework
- We practiced how to get rid of the fraction by multiplying the each part of problem by the LCD (over 1) to make each value a whole number (i.e. 1/2 and 5/6 have an LCD of 6: If I multiply each fraction by 6/1, then 1/2 becomes 3 and 5/6 becomes 5)
- We also, quickly, went over how to get rid of the decimal by multiplying by the place value (i.e. 5.5 x 10= 55)
