Bell Work: You have an employee who is really good at what they do but they show up late for work quite often, they take longer lunches than what they should, and they aren't following dress code. Is this a problem at all? Why or why not? What do you think What could/should you do to motivate this person to follow the rules along with being good at their job?

You are the leader of a group of employees at a store struggling with sales and profit. Break even for a day of sales is $500. Currently you are averaging $450 a day in sales. You have tasked with creating a program to help motivate the team of 15 employees to raise sales.

Explain the details and how the business will still make more profits as sales increase.
