You are the owner of a small car sales company and sales are down. You pay your employees a weekly salary, with no commission for a "hassle Free" experience for your customers. You need to raise sales, and you need to get your people involved and motivated to help them keep their jobs. You want to keep the "Hassle Free" experience, but need to have some motivators to get them to "buy in" on the success of the company. Come up with a system to keep things in tact, as well as incentivize your people to help raise sales.
