WELCOME TO VIETNAM

The video gives an overview about Vietnam, but what about the specific and practical aspects of visiting and living in a city in Vietnam?

In this project, you will provide travel insights about a destination in Vietnam from the combined perspectives of a local person and your own. You will also include videotaped skits to illustrate how to get things done.

You will communicate in Vietnamese with a Vietnamese Partner, a college student in Vietnam, to ask him/her for local insights above about his/her city. You can find a partner through your own connections or your teacher can help you find one. You will use online voice chat to communicate with your partner. You will cover topics such as how to arrange for a trip to the city, what to prepare for the weather, where to visit, where to stay, where to eat, what to buy, how to get around, what to do for entertainment.

Your website's audience are young Vietnamese American visitors to Vietnam, many of whom know Vietnamese or are learning Vietnamese, so prepare your website in Vietnamese.
