In this project, you will explore what an American student needs to buy to start a new life in Vietnam and what they need to know regarding some cross-cultural pragmatic norms in basic shopping transactions. You can interview a Vietnamese partner in Vietnam via online chat such as Skype, Viber, Google Hangout, etc. for information. You will put the information into a brochure.

Your target audience are Americans starting to live or study in the city of your partner in Vietnam.

Toward the end of the project, you will present your brochure in class. You will publish your brochure on a website (e.g., using Google Sites, Wix, WordPress or your own choice of web host). If you go to Vietnam to study some day, this brochure will help you!
