Course Goals

    1. To develop a working skill using various statistical methods (students t-Test, X2 Test, ANOVA, Correlation Coefficients, etc).

    2. To develop a working knowledge of the scientific method in the context of forensic studies.

    3. To communicate research findings through poster board presentations, oral presentations, research papers and extensive review papers.

    4. To use forensic and scientific methods to solve mysteries.

    5. To practice data analysis.

    6. To develop the art of drawing appropriate conclusions based on data available.
