Turn to page 776 in your text books and read "the letter" from Jered MacLaren.
Then read page 777 which is a "letter" to your lab group.
Follow the procedures described for the preliminary report.
Follow the procedures described for the two-page letter to MacLaren. Include the three listed items in the two page letter. Submit the letter to your instructor, but address the letter to Jared MacLaren
Time Table
Begining first week of Ch. 18 - Lab groups will submit to the instructor a detailed one-page plan/procedure for doing this project (See p. 777 for a list of what to include in your paper.)
Beginning second week of Ch. 18 - Procedure paper returned for revisions. Groups work on revsions.
End of second week of Ch. 18 - Final draft of procedure paper submitted to instructor.
During of first week of Ch. 4 - Lab groups collect data.
End of second week of Ch 4 - Lab groups submit first draft of two-page report. (See p. 777 for a list of what to include in your paper.)
End of 1st week of Ch 11 - Lab groups submit final draft of two-page report.
