Wind turbines are the opposite of fans. Wind turbines have wind to make the blades spin. When it spinning it is connected to a generator and makes electricity. The wind turbines make electricity by just having the blades spinning.
It is in farms in america. It can be in the water, flat lands, and on mountains. They are in China, United States, France, Germany, Spain, and Brazil. You can build these all over the world so that everyone can have power. The rohde island has wind turbines in the water and it was the first one ever made in the water.
Wind turbines are clean and are a renewable resource. They don’t give the air more pollution. Wind is one of the lowest energy sources. Wind power creates and last year there were 100,000 people working there and it is the fastest growing jobs for people.
Wind is unpredictable and you don’t know where it is going to blow from.
It is 48000 dollars to build one wind turbine.
It is really noisy and it would be harder to sleep.
They look extremely ugly and they can block a sunset.
The pros outweigh the cons because you can fix all the cons in one bang on a hammer.
You could put them in the water so then you can see the sunset and you're still getting power.
You can slant the blades so that it spin in any direction of the wind.
Anyone can fix the other cons and make them a pro.
