Hurricane Floyd killed 74 people also causing damage of $6.5 billion dollars.

Hurricane Floyd was category 2 and started to grow and became a category 4 hurricane. The storm wasn't moving fast, it was moving pretty slow causing bad damage to where it hit. Wind speeds were 155 mph and it went on from September 7, 1999- September 19, 1999.
