Content/Language Objectives: Students will advance their video skills by completing a Copy Cat Video and will continue their exploration of famous women writers.

Content/Language Objectives: Students will wrap up the first portion of the class by writing their first paper.  They will move on to the next unit: adaptation.  They will read a short story, learn about screenplays

Content/Language Objectives: Students will come out of their Early American Writers Unit and go into a Survey Unit--to provide some choice and repetition while not overlapping with things students have read.  they will then move towards their first paper and making sense of the first weeks of the class.
