6.01 Select Visible

The Select Visible tool on the Reports page allows you to hide equipment or items from reports, one of the primary uses for this is when you only want to run a report for a specific piece or pieces of equipment.

Selecting Visible Equipment:

1. Click on the Select Visible Equipment link.

2. These buttons will change the visibility for all equipment on your reports.

• All: The All button will set all equipment to visible.

• None: The None button will set all equipment to not visible.

• Completed: This will set all completed equipment to not visible.

• Incompleted: This will set all equipment not marked as complete to not visible.

3. The Quick Select buttons function like those in #2 but they apply only for that specific type of equipment.

4. Click the expand arrow to see a list of specific pieces of that type of equipment.

5. Equipment with a checkmark in it will be shown on reports.
