5.4 Missing Data Tool

The Missing Data Tool can be found in the Project Tools section on the Equipment page allows you to check for missing data, open issues/deficiencies, and missing FPTs on sites that use FPTs.

1. Click on the Missing Data Tool link.

Missing Data:

2. Click on the Missing Data tab, this should be the default option when you open the page.

3. Check the Only Completed Equipment if you want to filter out incomplete equipment.

4. Check the Only Required Parameters if you want to filter out parameters that are not required.

5. This box shows the name of the piece of equipment with missing data, clicking on the equipment name will open the Equipment Detail page for that piece of equipment.

6. The Missing Data column displays how many parameters do not have data for that piece of equipment.

Open Issues:

2. Click on the Open Issues/deficiencies tab.

3. This box shows the name of the piece of equipment with an open issue/deficiency, clicking on the equipment name will open the Equipment Detail page for that piece of equipment.

4. The Open Issues/Deficiencies column will display the quantity of open issues/deficiencies for each piece of equipment.

Missing FPTs:

The Missing FPTs tab is only available on websites that use FPTs.

2. Click on the Missing FPTs tab.

3. Check the Only Completed Equipment if you want to filter out incomplete equipment.

4. Check the Only Required FPTs if you want to filter out FPTs that are not required.
