The Audit Verification tool allows you to look up Field Data entered, new FPTs added, and Issues/Deficiencies entered for a project within a set date range. The Audit Verification Tool can be found in the Project Tools section of the Equipment Screen.
View Audit Verification Information:
1. Click on the Audit Verification Tool link.
Apply Filters:
1. You can sort the equipment displayed by using the Select Equipment Type dropdown menu, by default it will show all types of equipment.
2. You can use the Select Contact dropdown menu to filter results by contact, by default it will show all contacts working on the project.
3. The Start Date field allows you to select the earliest date that will be displayed, this will default to the current day.
4. The End Date field allows you to select the latest date that will be displayed, this will default to the current day.
5. The Apply Date Filter button applies the Start and End Date changes you make in 3 & 4.
Field Data Audit Tab:
1. Select the Field Data Audit tab.
2. Click the Export to Excel button to generate an Excel file of the data.
3. The Field Data entered within your selected time frame will be displayed in the bottom part of the window.
FPT Audit Tab:
1. Click on the FPT Audit tab.
2. Project level filters will filter out equipment FPTs.
3. Click the Export to Excel button to generate an Excel file of the data.
4. The FPT information entered for the selected date range.
Issue/Deficiency Audit Tab:
1. Click on the Issue/Deficiency Audit tab.
2. Project level filters will filter out equipment Issues/Deficiencies.
3. Click the Export to Excel button to generate an Excel file of the data.
4. The Issue/Deficiency that was entered for the selected date range.
