Equipment Summary Grid View
This view allows you to view multiple equipment objects on one screen. The equipment names are going down the left side of the screen. Your parameters will be listed at the top of the screen. You control which parameters are on this screen, the order, & which columns are totaled. If you have administrative rights, you can go to the admin help screen 7.2 Summary Setup. In this example we are viewing five pumps named HWP-01 through HWP-05.
Equipment Summary Layout:
Equipment or system summary screen name with pull down navigation arrow. You can select other systems from the drop down to jump to a different equipment or summary screen. Parent equipment with sub items will have an additional pull down arrow for navigation to those summary screens.
Project number and project name display. In this example: 11-1056 - DOT Maintenance Facility.
Option buttons: Add Equipment, Save Changes, Save and Close, Delete Selected, Refresh Data, Copy Equipment, Assign Areas and Assign Zones, Export to Excel, & Recycle Bin. Depending on your screen resolution, some of these buttons could be under a button with three dots.
Selection boxes used to select equipment or system to apply options at the top of the screen.
Equipment or system name which is editable by clicking on. Show full path checkbox if checked this column will show the path of how the equipment is linked if it has a parent or system above it.
Area and zone columns are shown if Show Areas/Zones box is checked by #8.
Data can be entered into the grid.
Options to change the viewing of the grid below. Options include: Primary or Secondary readings shown, Show the % completed, and toggle the Area/Zone columns to be shown. Depending on your resolution, you may see a button with 3 vertical dots. Option buttons not able to fit on the screen have been moved under this button. See #3 above
