3.20 Issue or Deficiency Move

1. Check the box on the left side of the Issue/s you want to Move.

2. Select the Move button.

3. In the Move Deficiencies pop-up window, you can select Equipment Level or Project Level.

• Equipment Level - allows you to move a deficiency to a specific piece of equipment

• Project Level - allows you to move a deficiency to the Project Level, which will unassign the selected deficiencies from any equipment they might currently be assigned to

Note, it is not possible to move a Deficiency to a different project, however, the Deficiency Description can be copy/pasted into a New Deficiency in a different project, along with other data such as Assigned User and Additional Comments. Using the Export to Excel button will make it easier to copy/paste the data into the New Deficiency.
