5.71 Assign Users

The Assign Users option can be located in the Project Tools on the bottom right corner of the Equipment screen. You can use the Assign Users option to add users to a project or remove users from a project. Depending on your companies user permissions you may not have access to this option.

Assigning users to a project:

1. Click on Assign Users in the Project Tools.

2. List of Contacts who are already assigned to the project.

3. Click the dropdown menu for a list of users you can assign to the project.

4. Check the box for the name or names of the users you want to assign to the project.

5. Click Assign Users to assign the selected users.

Removing users from a project:

1. Click on Assign Users in the Project Tools.

2. Click on the X to remove a user from the project, you will be prompted to confirm that you want to remove the user.
