Update User Information
User can update names, address, office location, time zone, initials, phone numbers, company name, job title, password, & pin.
Click on their username next to "Welcome" in the upper right corner of the screen to access your User's Information.
1. Change User Name
For security reasons, a user's login can't be changed once it has been created. You must be an administrator to delete a user's login and recreate a user's login to change it.
2. Change User Password
To change the password, click on the Change Password button, a window will open prompting you to enter your current password and then your new password twice. Click Change Password to save the changes.
3. Change User Pin
All field data must be synced to the server from your field tool before a pin number change.
To change the pin, go to the Mobile Pin field and replace the existing pin with your new pin. This pin is used to login to Field Tools and is not used for the website.
4. Update User Information
You can edit most of your user's information by clicking into any of the field with a box around by typing in the new information or by clicking on the drop down menus. Fields with an * are required.
5. Set Default Time Zone
To change the default Time Zone, click the drop down menu & select your preferred time zone. You can type after clicking on the drop down menu to filter the results.
When all fields are updated, click on the "Save Changes" button in the bottom right corner.
