The Law & Tech family is proud to announce that Danielle Hutson, a freshman at Law & Tech, won the 7th Annual Adelaide L. Sanford Institute Oratorical Competition held at P.S. 56 on May 4.
Ms. Hutson, standing right, competed against several other New York City high school scholars at the competition and at the end, stood alone as one of the best young presenters in the city. The ASI Oratory Competition was designed to allow students to explore the power of language as well as provide them with an opportunity to continue the legacy of their rich oral tradition. Students memorize the famous speeches of noted national and world leaders. In the process, they acquire knowledge of life changing benchmarks in the history of the nation and world.
A huge thank you goes out to Ms. Alexis and Mr. Charles who assisted and coached Danielle along the way.
