11.6.12 | Law & Tech Relief Team

In response to the tragedy of Hurricane Sandy, the Law & Tech community, lead by several strong-minded students, has formed the Law & Tech Relief Team.

Armed with a determination and willingness to help, the Law & Tech Relief Team will travel throughout New York City and the surrounding areas that were effected by the hurricane and aid with the recovery process. All of our grade team teacher-leaders, along with every member of the student council has volunteered to play a role in this special project.

The project kicked off on November 6 when several Law & Tech staff members, including Ms. Thurman, Ms. Medelson, Ms. Servania, Ms. Fajardo, Ms. Odikaesieme, Mr. Rubinstein, Ms. Brown, Ms. Kinlock, Mr. Scofield, Mr. Palacios, and Mr. Levy sacrificed their professional development day and headed to Staten Island to help several Staten Islanders begin to rebuild their borough.
