Key Priorities 2023-24
That all children continue to receive well-planned and challenging teaching
To continue to improve teaching and attainment in writing including those working at GDP
To continue to improve teaching and attainment in maths for those working at GDP
To develop the language and vocabulary of ALL children
That all children continue to learn and achieve in a safe, respectful and tolerant environment
To ensure the lowest 20% attaining children make accelerated progress
To ensure we have high expectations for our Black/ Turkish/Bulgarian / SEND children and have worked to remove any barriers to achievement
To promote children spiritually, culturally, mentally and physically
Children are physically active every day
To embed pupil voice in the school
To ensure everyone is a leader
That middle leaders have oversight of the subject they lead
