<None>

Could be implying that the report was never sent, and/or I have not gathered enough information such as evidence and triggers.

These days it mostly means that I haven't been bothered since I'm lazy to gather the evidence with reliability and/or quantity but it they certainly exist out there since I do not add any bugs to the Bugs/Issues list without at least a common trait cause being known.

<None> is use for issues/bugs that definitely exist and there is evidence out there however I haven't bothered to collect them. I have limited hard disk space and this website only allows a maximum of 100MB storage meaning I need to delete something else if I want to upload something.
