Why Me 163 and Ki-200 bots seem rediculously OP in sim

Rocket planes got buffed so instead of being less efficient when the rocket engine is throttled down, rocket planes have stupid amounts of flight time with lowered throttle. That aside, there's a lot of other issues with rocket plane bots.

Bots will throttle down if they fly faster than a preset cruise speed. You can find this cruise speed by playing some game mode with an air spawn and seeing what speed you spawn at. Bots will keep throttle down to about 80% when under that speed, 50% over that speed and 0% if they're faster than like 50kph than it.

This means they will have godlike air time, and can literally chase your Mitsubishi T-2 and its "50 minute" flight fuel time (It's actually more like 12 minutes with afterburner) until you run out of fuel.

In additional to that, bots fly with precise mouse aim and so have really good on-the-six accuracy (but kinda suck at long leads, as they basically use arcade battles like imperfect leading indicator to shoot, however they won't shoot if they're having to lead a lot, resulting in a very long fight where the bots always seems to have more ammo than you. Even if you guns dance, the bot will get you, so the best way to avoid them is to fly below 50m above the ground (where they'll yank and pull up) or turn hard in one direction.

However unlike player's mouse aim controls, their elevator input is limited to half of the maximum output which you experience when actually flying with mouse aim (which pulls to the beneficial lift limit just before the stall).

However for anyone who knows a bit of aerodynamics, this also means that for half the lift, you get 1/4th the energy loss due to manoeuvring. This means the me 163 can literally "orbit" you at high speeds, higher than you can comfortably shoot them at (in sim if you fly too fast, you need to do a "blind lead" which is difficult for many players, veterans included).

Now if you include ALL of those factors, it's no surprise why so many sim players complain that the me 163 has a fake flight model.
