Captain of the 6th Wiltshire Regt who
was wounded while gallantly leading
his men to the attack at the Battle of Loos
on the 25th September 1915 and died at Rouen
on the 30th of the same month aged 31 years.
This tablet and the Figures of Saint Peter
and Saint John in the great Tripych
over the high Altar are erected by his
Parents Brothers and Sister and by the
Choir and Sunday Schools of St Peter's
Clapham in affectionate remembrance.
