Photos are Phixed

Well, it's been a lot of work, but we've managed to go through all of our thousands of Picasa photos and correct them for the glitch that Google somehow installed in all the vertical format photos. Not fun--although in fairness to Picasa/Google, it was only about 2/3 of the photos that had to be adjusted.
Grrr.
But that exercise also gave us the chance to look at a lot of photos...and that led to re-living all of those wonderful backpacking trips. There were some good times there!
So in celebration of making the most of a bad thing, we've posted a few more of our favorite vertical format photos here. We hope that they give you joy, and inspire you to get out and hike.
Left: Lower Ottoway Lake in Yosemite
Above: Devil's Punchbowl in the John Muir Wilderness; Self portrait at Leighton Lake in the Emigrant Wilderness; Crescent Moon by Rutherford Lake in the John Muir Wilderness
Shadow Creek in the Ansel Adams Wilderness P at Soldier Lake in Northeastern Yosemite
And we also hope that we never have to go through and fix them all again!
(Update, 2020--we now have to completely re-work the entire website, as Google changed software again. double GRRRR)
