Recent news reports out of Oregon have added one more item to our list of things that we hope never to experience. This is the story of the climber who fell about 800 feet down into a steaming volcano vent on Mt. Hood.
Yow.
Yep, he fell down into a fumarole, and remarkably lived to tell the tale. Here's the headline that caught our attention:
