What shall we do with an empty bear can?

Early in the morning.

Gas canister and fishing tackle

Early in the morning.

Oh Lord and how she rattles

Early in the morning.

Stuff the space with dirty laundry

Early in the morning.

Hey Ho and up she rises

Early in the morning.

She: "Are you putting your dirty clothes into the bear can? That’s gross!"

Me: "But the gas canister I am carrying--the one I took from your pack--is rattling, and this way it’s quiet"

She; "It’s still gross!"

Me: "OK. I’ll wash the bear canister when we get home"
