West Warwick Public Schools will ensure the privacy and confidentiality of all protected health information provided by employees and students where applicable and in accordance with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA).
MEDICAID REIMBURSEMENT
Student Medicaid information will be processed and shared in accordance with HIPPA. West Warwick Public Schools will only share information with Medicaid approved and contracted third-party providers necessary for processing reimbursements in accordance with federal regulations.
