About My Professional Development Plan
Within my professional development plan, I align with the standards for instructional technology facilitators by actively reflecting on my practice. Through Goal 1, I will contribute to a minimum of 20 Project-Based Learning (PBL) initiatives, analyzing student learning and linking professional growth to my goals. Engaging in collaborative planning sessions and facilitating teacher professional development, I strive to function effectively in a dynamic environment. The expected outcomes include improved PBL integration, enhanced collaborative practices, and teacher professional development. In Goal 2, seeking district-sponsored professional learning opportunities aligns with the standards, as attending workshops and joining PLCs contributes to enhanced facilitation skills, improved collaboration, and increased confidence and leadership abilities, all of which actively reflect on and fulfill the outlined standards.
Tech Contact PLT
Twice a month, I attend the Tech Contact Media PLT for the district. Attending the monthly tech meetings provides a valuable platform for collaboration, allowing me to connect with peers in similar positions. Through these interactions, I gain insights into shared challenges and best practices, fostering a supportive professional network. Additionally, the meetings serve as a crucial avenue for staying informed about the latest policies and initiatives in the ever-evolving landscape of technology integration.
