However, we are capturing data from live Q+A and polls.
Open your Zoom account on Google Chrome and ensure you have access to Microsoft Excel. Click Reports
Select report type e.g. Q+A Report
Choose the webinar. You should be able to see a list of webinars under topics or you can search under dates.
To generate a report on that webinar - click Generate CSV Report. This will download a CSV (Comma Separated Values) file you can open in Excel with all information.
Note: You will probably have to work on formatting the Excel to make it easier to read and understand, then save it as an Excel file (.xlsx).
