Reporting

Currently we're not taking registration details via Zoom so we're not capturing any member data.

This may change in the future and so we will update this page with details about how to access this reporting.

However, we are capturing data from live Q+A and polls.

To download a Zoom report of your webinar

Open your Zoom account on Google Chrome and ensure you have access to Microsoft Excel. Click Reports

    • Select report type e.g. Q+A Report

    • Choose the webinar. You should be able to see a list of webinars under topics or you can search under dates.

    • To generate a report on that webinar - click Generate CSV Report. This will download a CSV (Comma Separated Values) file you can open in Excel with all information.
      Note: You will probably have to work on formatting the Excel to make it easier to read and understand, then save it as an Excel file (.xlsx).
