Configio is not connected to Zoom
Zoom is not yet linked to Configio, our events registration tool, as this requires significant development work. While users book on Configio they will be emailed the Zoom link and if you want data about members you will need to do a Zoom registration form as well.
For Breakout Rooms use Meetings
Zoom Webinars does not have a breakout functionality but this feature is coming soon. For now you should use Zoom Meetings if you need to include breakout rooms
Zoom video recordings
If you want to create a video recording using Zoom you can do this from any of the Lifesize equipment in our meeting rooms. For more information on using Lifesize for Zoom see Using Zoom in our offices. If you need help with filming you can also speak to ITD.
