City Mayor Along Malapitan congratulated first year students of the BSE English-Chinese program at University of Caloocan City through a Facebook post, upon passing a level 2 Chinese proficiency test with a passing rate of 92.86%.

Volunteer student teachers from the University of Caloocan City (UCC) and Huaqiao University (HQU) led by Ms. Liu Shanshan, head teacher in a Chinese course, organized a program that assists each others' competency in mastering the English and Chinese languages 

First and Second year students of UCC are now in preparation to pass the departmental examination and be qualified to continue their study in the university in June 2023. 

English-Chinese Students receive 400 pesos every month from the Filipino-Chinese chamber as an assistance to their additional expenses associated with learning the Chinese language.

The students of the BSE English-Chinese program encouraged prospective admission passers for 2023-2024 to become a part of the English-Chinese family.

On April 17, 2023, University of Caloocan City encouraged student applicants to enroll as they formally opened their admission for S.Y. 2023-2024 through an online website.
