The UPLIFT Transit Pass program offers free bus passes to homeless individuals receiving case management through participating agencies.
The program works with County of Santa Clara and Valley Transportation Authority (VTA) on the UPLIFT Transit Pass Program. This program provides quarterly transit passes for those meeting the program qualifications.

Santa Clara County Transit Assistant Program
The Transit Assistant Program (TAP) provides discounted transportation passes to eligible Santa Clara County residents to assist in affording public transportation necessary for job search, going to work, attending school and seeking medical care.
