Emergency Assistance Network
The Emergency Assistance Network (EAN) provides a variety of services to prevent homelessness and act as a safety net for residents facing eviction, utility disconnection, and hunger. The EAN offers assistance to help families and individuals recover from emergency situations, often providing case management and financial education in conjunction with Food Assistance, Rent and Mortgage Aid, Utility Assistance, Medical and Transportation Aid, Direct Financial Aid for special issues, Funeral Expenses, etc.
Offers one-time financial assistance for rent and/or PG&E bills, as well as providing vouchers to meet some other basic necessities of life such as work clothing and transportation. They host a food pantry available M-F, and also have programs for the homeless and seniors. Serves: Mountain View, Los Altos, Los Altos Hills.

Multi-Service drop in center and permanent supportive housing for families and single adults. Clothes Closet distributes free clothing, sleeping bags, backpacks, shoes, winter gear, and toiletries. Open Wednesdays 11:00am - 1:00pm.

Helps people with financial assistance to keep them from becoming homeless, or, to keep them stably housed. The program assists with past-due rent, rental deposits, utilities (PG&E) and Section 8 rental deposit. Utility Assistance
Sacred Heart offers non-emergency, federally-funded LIHEAP program, which assists low-income households in Santa Clara County, with paying bills once a year - if the family qualifies.

Provides emergency financial support for low-income Sunnyvale residence. Clients requesting one-time emergency financial assistance, must meet with a caseworker on-site and bring a picture ID if over 18, and a proof of residency in Sunnyvale. The organization also provides food to those in need.
