The Achieving Career and Educational Success (A.C.E.S.) program was conceived to complement formal education and rebuild the confidence in our learners which has been hindered by the inevitable stress and uncertainty created by homelessness. In partnership with Santa Clara County’s Family Court and FIRST 5 Santa Clara County, ACCESS provides supervised visitation services to non-custodial parents in order to best support parent/child relationships. Trained and supportive staff works with all family members to ensure a positive visitation experience for children and their parents. Services are offered according to court orders and are available in English and Spanish.

Founded in 1944, BGCSV is a non-profit youth development organization that offers innovative and effective afterschool and summer enrichment programs primarily for low income, at-risk Santa Clara County youth ages 6-18 years. BGCSV serves approximately 3,000 regular members at 9 Clubhouse locations in San Jose and Morgan Hill. The majority of the youth served are living in economically depressed, high crime neighborhoods with an absence of adult role models or mentors.
