Asian Americans for Community Involvement (AACI) is home to the county’s third Family Justice Center (FJC). In conjunction with the Santa Clara County District Attorney’s office, the San Jose Family Justice Center brings together professionals and community resources for survivors of domestic violence in one centralized location. Survivors have the option to access as many services as best meet their individual needs. Includes free consultation with:
- The District Attorney for legal issues and pending criminal cases
- Family law attorneys to discuss restraining orders, divorce, child custody, and visitation
- Immigration attorneys who can help a survivor apply for a VAWA or U-Visa
