Closing the Application

Unlike a standard program, r&w is designed to stay open and to run in the background. There are no negative effects of having the application stay open but if desired, it can be manually shut down. To do so, either click on the r&w icon or anywhere on the r&w toolbar which will display the r&w menu in the top left hand corner. Either click on the Read&Write text label and select Quit Read&Write or use the Command(⌘)-Q combination.
