At the surface, this is about cooking. Which is not a negligible skill in and of itself - an army travels on its stomach, and in the Twilight world that may be even more true. The morale benefit to a party of a character who can make a bag of buckwheat, some forest greens and a box of salt into something that reminds a character of better times is underestimated.
This skill also involves the ability to preserve foraged and harvested food so it can be stored (for example - over the winter), to efficiently clean and butcher and preserve meat, and perhaps above all making sure food remains both edible and healthy as long as possible.
This character should also be able to get the best results of of a still; at referee's discretion, perhaps give a 10% bonus on a batch of mash if the "Cook" rolls Difficult:Culinary.
