British Royal Marines are nominally similar to the US Marines, although Royal Marines undergo a much longer training period, and are classed as Commandos. They take Commonwealth basic training. Dutch Royal Marines are the same as the British - they train intensively together, in fact. They take US Marine Basic Training, and may be in Infantry or Support careers. Infantry are generated on the British Marine table, above. Note that the Dutch Marines also have several special unit - see "Netherlands" for details.
