Creating a Character

Start out using Version 2.2 Character generation to set a character's

• Basic attributes (Strength, Constitution, etc)

• Background skills

• Nationality

• Native language/s

Check out the nationality tables to add nuance to your character, based on the era (Cold War or Modern)

Note that the Modern Universe is under construction, although as of October 2020 I've gotten through quite a few nations.
