Professions are vocations that require extensive training and, by definition, admission to some sort of professional or licensing body.
Note that this section does not include medical careers.
Entry: Law School Graduate
First Term Skills: The character receives two levels from any one or a combination of the following:

Contacts: One per term, Government or Criminal. On a roll of 1D10 for 8+, the contact will be foreign.
Special: Two secondary activities are allowed per term.
Entry: Technical school or Military experience leading to Pilot skill of 3+. (Fixed or rotary wing).

Subsequent Term Skills: A total of four levels from any one or combination of the following:
Pilot
Observation
Navigation
Aircraft Mechanic
Parachute

Contacts: One per term, Specialist (Pilot). On a roll of 1D10 of 10, the contact will be foreign.
Special: Upon the outbreak of war, the character will recieve a direct commission as a 2nd lieutenant in the army aviation arm, and will be assigned to fly transport aircraft, or helicopters (cargo or attack). Exceptions to this are pilots who come to the profession from the Air Force or Naval aviation arms—they are called back to fly the aircraft they flew on active duty. They rejoin as captains, unless they were in the reserves, in which case they retain their reserve rank.

These are college professors. Their will be assumed to teach whatever their highest-scoring skill is.
Entry: Ph. D.
First Term Skills: The character receives the following skills in the first term:
