These units train intensively to reach the peak in soldiering. Generally regarded as the elite of the elite, entry into these units is subject to a selection process that weeds out 85-95% of applicants.
Note that while these units may be part of their nation’s Army (the SAS, Delta), Navy (the SBS, some SEAL units) or a joint services unit (FSK), the training is identical, but for the additional skill details (Naval characters would likely pick Scuba or Small Boat rather than Ground Vehicle or Mountaineering).
Entry: Strength+Constitution+Agility 18+, Intelligence 6+. Some units / nations might require a term of prior military service.
In addition, officers must have gone to OCS, military academy, or been commissioned, be in their second term of service, and have been promoted in their first term in their original branch of service. '
